Digital Products
Most of our products are digital downloads meaning that they will be available for you to download upon checkout. You will also be emailed a link for your direct download as well. These items do not have a shipping cost or service applied to them.

We use a third party company, Printful to fulfill and ship orders. If you would like to know more about certain products, shipping rates or shipping times, you can learn more here
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to the United States, Canada, UK, Latvia, Spain and Mexico and do not offer any other international shipping to other countries at this time.

Printful currently has warehouses locate in Los Angeles California, Charolette North Carolina, Dallas Texas, Tijuana Mexico, Toronto Canada, Birmingham UK, Barcelona Spain, and Riga Latvia. If you want to learn more about the warehouses and fulfillment, you can go here.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@audiohacks.stroe with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We don not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges at this time since we use a third part company, "Printful" to handle all of our requests and shipping. You can read more about that here
